What this policy covers

This policy covers the Reetch website at reetch.jo. Reetch is a project of CodeKitchen, operating through Al-Karak Smart Solutions, in Amman, Jordan.

The network itself is not yet operating. When it launches, the way play records are handled is described in our transparency commitments: the network logs where and when a piece of content played, never who saw it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form and send to us. That is:

• The category you select (advertiser, driver or fleet owner, taxi-top operator, investor, regulator or other)
• Your name, and your company or organisation if you give one
• Your email address, and your phone number if you give one
• Zones of interest or number of vehicles, if those fields apply to you
• Your message

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors. We do not buy or sell contact data.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to route it to the right person on our team. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. If a conversation becomes a contract, the contract is governed by its own terms and retention rules.

Where it is held

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and stored on infrastructure hosted in Jordan. If we use an email delivery provider, it processes the message in transit only and is not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@reetch.jo and we will action it within 30 days. There is no cost, and asking will not affect how we deal with you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Because the network is pre-launch, we expect this policy to expand as the service begins operating.
