PUBLIC COMMITMENTS

What we commit to.

Reetch operates in public space. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to, published so anyone can hold us to them.

Licensed vehicles only

Passenger screens are installed only inside vehicles licensed for ride-hailing or public transport. We do not install screens in private vehicles. Rooftop screens, when they arrive in Phase 2, belong to existing taxi-top operators on licensed vehicles.

Permits before deployment

We obtain municipal advertising licences and transport-authority approvals before installing screens. We will not run ahead of an approval.

Riders are never identified

In-car screens never capture riders' identity. No cameras face riders, no facial recognition, no identification of individuals. Trip data is aggregate only, at zone and hour level.

10% of screen time for public messaging

One tenth of total screen time across the network is reserved, free of charge, for government and public-service messaging, for two years from launch. Delivery of that allocation is reported monthly.

Road safety

In-car screens are mounted so they never block the driver's view or the road. Brightness is scheduled and enforced centrally, and any screen can be switched off remotely and immediately. Phase 2 rooftop screens must meet mounting, size and night-brightness limits.

Data and privacy

The network records where and when a piece of content played, not who saw it. One-tap polls are anonymous. Data is hosted in Jordan.

Content standards

All advertising leads in Arabic and complies with national content standards. Restricted categories are automatically geo-fenced away from schools and places of worship. Every creative is reviewed before it airs.

Ask us anything.

If you're a regulator, a municipality or a member of the public with a question about how the network operates, write to us and we'll answer.
