This website is published by Reetch, a project of CodeKitchen, operating through Al-Karak Smart Solutions, in Amman, Jordan. By using the site you accept these terms.

The site describes a network that is being built. Nothing on it is an offer of service, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to a price. Reetch has no screens deployed at the time of writing.

Using the site

You may read the site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or its form handling
• Submit false information, automated submissions, or unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form
• Copy the site's design, code or written content for another commercial product

No guarantee of service

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure, timeline or description on it will remain correct. Launch timing is a plan, not a promise.

Market figures shown on the investors page are attributed to their source and are reproduced for context. We do not warrant third-party figures.

Intellectual property

The Reetch name, wordmark, site design, written content and code belong to Reetch and CodeKitchen. Company names referenced as market precedent belong to their respective owners and are named for description only, Reetch is not affiliated with them.

Enquiries you send us

Anything you send through the contact form is handled under our privacy policy. Do not send confidential or sensitive material through the form; if you need to share something under confidentiality, tell us first and we will agree how.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, Reetch is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
